Developing a solid career network will allow me to appear employable and having an ordered and prepared background before an interview or application can assist me in successfully finding a career post graduation. One of my aims during this subject was to create an enticing and detailed linkedin profile that will also build my career network and give potential employers a platform to contact me with all my relevant credentials. Having a viewable platform to display your qualities and skills in a formal setting means that employers are able to view your skillset easily and reach out if it matches their requirements. To achieve this I created both a Linkedin and Job Seek profile to display my skill set and experince to potential employers. Another way I developed a career network was talking to acadmeics at the honors information session held on campus to gain a better understanding of future careers and meet the people I could be working with.
